To buy wine via the website, the buyer must be at least 18 years of age, be located within Australia and specify a delivery address within Australia. Refund & Returns policy

At Howling Wolves Wine Group Pty Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with one of our products, we will happily refund or exchange the goods. We will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage and keep the appropriate proof of return. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Howling Wolves Wine Group Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. Except where required by law, all returned products must be:

1. Unused, unopened and in original condition
2. Undamaged (apart from where damage in initial transit is reason for return)
3. Returned within 14 days of delivery (if you are unable to return the goods within 14 days of delivery you must inform us in writing)
