We harvest only the luscious superb quality fruit from Margaret River and make each wine, soft approachable and ready to open and enjoy now. 2009 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
The quintessential premium Margaret River white. The premium fruit was picked in the cool of the night then processed immediately on arrival to maximise varietal characters and minimise oxidation. The juice was then fermented for the greatest aroma and to bring out the natural expression of the fruit. The wine was bottled as soon as possible after fermentation to retain a crisp, clean finish.

2009 Verdelho
Careful monitoring in the vineyard meant the fruit was picked at optimum flavour ripeness. Harvesting occurred during the cool of the night to ensure the fruit arrived at the winery in pristine condition, where it was processed immediately to retain freshness and the natural flavours. After undergoing temperature controlled fermentation, the wine was carefully fined and filtered giving it brilliant clarity. The result is a beautiful wine that has captured all the delicate flavours and freshness first seen in the vineyard.

2009 Chardonnay
The fruit of this outstanding Chardonnay was harvested in the cool of night to preserve the delicate flavours. The premium fruit was chosen from two exclusive vineyards in Margaret River to create a Chardonnay with an optimum flavour profile.

2009 White Shiraz
The exotic blushed white wine is produced exclusively using the “free run” juice from premium ‘red’ Shiraz fruit prior to traditional crushing. A gorgeous soft apricot pint in colour, the wine has aromas of candied toffee apple layered on musk confectionery with delicious palate full of apple and guava. Finishes crisp and dry with just a hint of sweetness.

2008 Cabernet Merlot
2008 has been an outstanding year for Margaret River reds, and this Cabernet Merlot is no exception. Bursting with delicious mulberries, cherries and rich fruits of the forest flavours with hints of hazelnuts and smooth, white chocolate. Beautifully balanced with a soft palate.

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2008 reds are our best ever. Enticing aromas of exotic, dark fruits provide the entrée to this stunning Margaret River Cabernet. Full-bodied, well balanced with fine, soft tannins, the palate exudes a delicious compote of blackberry, juicy plums and rich, dark chocolate with hints of vanilla. 2008 Shiraz
A cracker of a Margaret River Shiraz with exotic flavours of raspberry, rhubarb with sweet basil, white pepper and aniseed – amazing! This is a full bodied wine judiciously oaked and wonderfully balanced with a palate of ripe, rich red berries and savoury spice signature tannins, finishing soft and silky. Howl into one now or cellar for 3 – 5 years.
