Sparkling
This exotic “blushed” white wine is produced by taking the free run juice from premium red Shiraz grapes on the way to the de-stemming machine and pumping it directly to the tank. Unlike a typical Rose, which is left on the skins for 24 hours to gain colour, the juice has not been “pressed” and has had no contact at all with the skins.

Made from our extraordinary White Shiraz – exhibiting the same iridescent ‘blushed’ apricot colour and exuberant palate of red apple and tropical fruits; with a delicate lingering effervescing finish, surprising finesse and a gorgeous sparkling mousse.
