Low Alcohol
This exceptional low alcohol wine was achieved by picking the premium Margaret River fruit early to keep the sugar levels low. The fruit was left on the skins for 24 hours to gain colour before commencing the fermentation process. The juice was fermented until the sugar was at the desired level and then immediately chilled to stop further fermentation thus producing the sweeter style. The wine was then bottled cold to obtain a light “spritz”.
2008 SixPointSix Moscato
Aromas of fresh berries and toffee apples; with a palate layered with ripe red berries, strawberry jam and passionfruit. All beautifully balanced and finished dry with a crisp, refreshing acidity and ever so delicate “spritz”.
