The ‘Red Wolf’ is an exotic new range of premium wines made from exceptional fruit from Margaret River and adjacent south western. It comprises rare varieties like Pinot Noir, Sangiovese and Pinot Gris. Varieties not customarily found under Margaret River labels, but none-the-less ones we believe can flourish and produce exceptionally fine wines with a difference, opening a delicious window on the viticultural diversity of the region. 2012 “THE RED WOLF”
PINOT NOIR

If you thought Margaret River couldn’t make Pinot Noir think again! With fruit sourced from the cool climate of Karridale on the far southern boundary of the region this is an absolute cracker. Gorgeous aromas of berries, vanilla bean and ripe rhubarb and the flavours of ripe strawberry and cranberry topped with cherry and green plum, finishing with exotic smoky bacon tones.  This is seriously good Pinot.

“Made from the grand vine of Tuscany which flourishes under the warm sun and maritime influences of Margaret River. If you’re a Shiraz lover you’ll love its second cousin Sangiovese. Particularly this one, with its enticing savoury aromas and layers of ripe blueberries, dark plums and rich Italian dark chocolate enlivening a beguiling Tuscan palate.
