‘FREE GLASS OF HOWLING WOLVES WINE’ AT FRINGE WORLD FESTIVALPROMOTION

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The promoter is: Howling Wolves Wine Group Pty Ltd (ABN no: 46 130 248 387) whose registered office is at 1172 Wildwood Road, Yallingup, Western Australia 6282

2. A purchase of a minimum ‘two (2) bottles’ of Howling Wolves brand wine is required to obtain a ‘Free Glass Of Howling Wolves Wine’ Voucher

3. The ‘Free Glass Of Howling Wolves Wine’ Voucher can be exchanged at any of the Fringe World managed bars at the participating venues only (Perth Cultural Centre, The Pleasure Garden and the Fringe World Fairground at Elizabeth Quay)

4. The ‘Free Glass Of Howling Wolves Wine’ Voucher entitles the holder to one (1) standard glass of Howling Wolves ‘Claw Range’ wine only.

5. One ‘Free Glass Of Howling Wolves Wine’ Voucher will be provided to the customer on request for every two (2) bottles of Howling Wolves brand wine purchased over the promotion period.

6. Closing date for promotion will be 5pm Sunday 21 February. All ‘Free Glass Of Howling Wolves Wine’ Vouchers will expire and be redundant at the close of the 2016 Fringe World Festival Sunday 21 February.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for lost ‘Free Glass Of Howling Wolves Wine’ Vouchers and no replacements will be issued.

8. The rules of the ‘Free Glass Of Howling Wolves Wine’ at Fringe World promotion are as follows:   

i.         One ‘Free Glass Of Howling Wolves Wine’ Voucher will be issued by the participating Liquor Barons store for every two (2) bottle of Howling Wolves wine purchased at a participating Liquor Barons store.

 ii.         Entrants can take advantage of the promotion more than once on the basis of one ‘Free Glass Of Howling Wolves Wine’ Voucher for every two (2) bottles of Howling Wolves wine purchased, for the duration of the promotion.

i.         All purchasers must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

ii.         ‘Free Glass Of Howling Wolves Wine’ Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other drinks.

iii.         The Promoter reserves the right to change or discontinue the ‘Free Glass Of Howling Wolves Wine’ Voucher promotion due to unforeseen circumstances effecting either Howling Wolves Wine Group, Fringe World Festival or Liquor Barons, at its sole discretion and without prior notice

iv.         A ‘Free Glass Of Howling Wolves Wine’ Voucher may be rejected by the venue or bar staff, if at their sole discretion, the holder of the Voucher is intoxicated or conducting themselves in a manner that will cause refusal of service. In such a case there will be no recourse by the Voucher holder or the Promoter, Liquor Barons, Fringe World Festival or the Venue operators.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. The promoter will notify any changes to the competition to entrants as soon as possible.

10. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the ‘Free Glass Of Howling Wolves Wine’ Vouchers promotion and use will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. By accepting a ‘Free Glass Of Howling Wolves Wine’ Voucher the holder is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

12. Any disputes regarding the ‘Free Glass Of Howling Wolves Wine’ Vouchers will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Western Australia.

‘WIN A VIP FRINGE WORLD SPIEGEL TENT PARTY’ FOR 10 COMPETITION

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 1. The promoter is: Howling Wolves Wine Group Pty Ltd (ABN no: 46 130 248 387) whose registered office is at 1172 Wildwood Road, Yallingup, Western Australia 6282

2. Employees of Howling Wolves Wine Group and Liquor Barons or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. A purchase of a minimum ‘single bottle’ of Howling Wolves brand wine is required to enter this competition.

4. Route to entry for the competition is exclusively via a valid Liquor Baron’s ‘Barons Advantage Club’ Membership Card and in-store POS system at time of purchase.  One entry provided for every bottle of Howling Wolves brand wine purchased over the promotion period.

5. Closing date for entry will be Thursday February 18, 2015. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

6. A single winner of the prize will be drawn by Liquor Barons by Friday, 19th February 5pm.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8. The rules of the competition and the prize is as follows:

 i.         One entry will be accepted for every bottle of Howling Wolves wine purchased at a participating Liquor Barons store.

ii.         Entrants can enter more than once (one entry for each bottle of Howling Wolves wine purchased for the duration of the promotion).

iii.         There will be one (1) prize to be won only

iv.         All entrants must be 18 years of age or older

v.         Proof of purchase is via a valid Liquor Baron’s ‘Barons Advantage Club’ Membership Card and in-store POS system at time of purchase.

vi.         One prize only will consist of:

-       10 VIP Tickets to a major Fringe World Spiegeltent performance at the Museum Garden at 7pm on 27 February 2016, subject to Fringe World terms and conditions available at http://www.fringeworld.com.au/terms_and_conditions/

-       A meal for each of the 10 ticket holders in the winning group at one of the participating food outlets at the

-       Perth Cultural Centre venue (including Museum Gardens and Fringe World Orchard)

-       Complimentary Wine Vouchers (number solely determined by Howling Wolves Wines) to use at participating bars in Perth Cultural Centre, The Pleasure Garden and Fringe World Fairground at Elizabeth Quay

   vii.         If the winner is unable for any reason to accept the prize and attend with their group of 10 people on the designated day and time, the prize will be surrendered and another draw will take place.

  viii.         The winner must accept within 24 hours of being advised of their win.

    ix.         The Promoter will deliver the VIP passes, meal and drink vouchers to the winner 48 hours before the event. It is the winner’s responsibility to distribute the VIP Tickets to all people in their party prior to the event

x.         As this is a licenced venue, all guests must be 18 years old or older

 xi.         The Promoter reserves the right to change the components of the prize due to unforeseen circumstances, at its sole discretion and without prior notice

Winners are responsible for travel to and from the event and any associated or non-associated costs incurred

 

8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. The promoter will notify any changes to the competition to entrants as soon as possible.

9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition or any errors that may have accidentally occurred in any associated promotional or competition entry material.

10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

11. Winners will be chosen by a draw conducted by Liquor Barons at a place, date and time selected by the Liquor Barons or the promoter

 

12. The winner will be notified by email and/or mobile phone five (5) working days prior to event. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

13. The promoter will notify the winner of the closest LB Store where the prize can be collected.  The winner must be available in store business hours to collect the prize. 

14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Western Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Western Australia.

17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material or media.   Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

18. The winner’s name will be available within 7 days after draw dates on the Howling Wolves Wines website and Facebook page.

19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information exclusively to Howling Wolves Wine group Pty Ltd and Liquor Barons and not to any other party.
