In 2017 we released a new concept “Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon”. Together with our wine maker Greg Garnish we developed an organic way to enhance the naturally occurring antioxidant “Resveratrol” in our red wines by 100 times.


Studies from all around the world, including results from Harvard Medical School, indicate that “Resveratrol” has numerous health benefits such as better heart health, increased brain function and cell regeneration. ”We may have created the fountain of youth in a bottle.”

The “recipe” for the production of this wine is a closely guarded secret. The level of “Resveratrol” is monitored after 3, 6 and 12 months by a government accredited lab.


Both wines drink extremely well. We found that during the process of increasing the Resveratrol levels the wines become soft and round. The result can be likened to aging a wine. This is another great benefit for the consumer as you don’t have to pay a premium price for an aged wine.
